Shipping

All orders are shipped through Canada Post within 2-4 days of your order being received.

Pre-order items shipping times will be listed in the items descriptions.

Additions such as pin backs or medallion chains will be contacted and notified of shipping times.
Tracking numbers will be sent to the email provided.

Returns and Refunds

Only apparel such as T-Shirts and Sweaters are accepted as returns.

Items must be in new condition when returned.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your item.

No refunds or returns for custom made orders, beadwork, embroidery or handmade items.

If there is a problem with your piece and you need a repair for your beaded or embroidered handmade item please send me a message and I will be happy to fix it and send it back to you.

Local Pick Up

Local Pick Up is available for London, ON and surrounding areas orders only.

If the Local Pick Up option is chosen at check-out and you are not able to pick your order up, please send me a message and I will send you the details for sending the shipping cost.

Custom Orders

To make my work more accessible I am happy to work out a deposit or payment plan option that works best for both of us! I truly appreciate everyone able to support my work in whatever way that is, and I believe everyone deserves to rock some bright beadwork so I hope I can make that happen for you!

Please send a detailed message with what you had in mind including picture references if possible.

PLEASE NOTE: I will not copy or duplicate any other artists work. For duplicates of my own work each piece is one of a kind and slight changes will be made for the unique piece just for you
